Following 2024’s successful dementia and churches seminar, mention was made of a Music4U session.

This is something Livingston United Parish Church operates on a monthly basis (to stimulate those with dementia) using musical therapy.

The event will showcase what Livingston United Parish Church does and allow all attending to participate. This will be held at Livingston United Parish Church on Saturday 10^th October 2026, from around 1pm to 4pm.

I should make you aware that (due to those with dementia finding it challenging to be around large groups of people) the number able to attend the event will be limited to 30.

Those with a confirmed place, will be based on a first come, first serve basis.

People with dementia are welcome but we kindly request they are accompanied by a carer.

The Synod will cover the costs of the day.
