Sunday Worship

In-person public worship has resumed in most of our local churches. Not everyone can attend and some of our congregations may not yet have reopened for in-person worship, therefore here is a list of churches regularly offering online worship:

Helensburgh URC in partnership with Dumbarton, Clydebank & Drumchapel: Morning worship is broadcast via Zoom from one of our churches where Bungie is leading the service every week. From Easter 2022 this will just be on the first Sunday of the month and possibly on the fifth Sunday as we hold a joint Cluster Service on such Sundays. A recording is then posted on the Cluster website by the following day. We currently meet online every Sunday evening at 6:30pm via Zoom until Easter 2022 when will resume monthly evening services which will be Hybrid in-person & online. All are welcome. (For Zoom login details please contact Bungie)

On Sundays the URC nationally will send out, at 10am, a service in both written and audio format.  This will have the feel of a service on the radio in our style with well known URC people leading worship.  There will be prayers and hymns to join in with as we pray together.  There will also be, from time to time, a chance to share bread and wine together.
