Flood Damage at Morison Memorial URC
Floods in November and December caused considerable damage at Morison

Morison Memorial Church has been flooded twice – November 15th and December 13th. The damage to the lower part of the building (halls, kitchen, utility rooms) is substantial.
The building is presently being assessed and initial repair work has commenced.
The church services will continue as advertised and at their usual time but all hall-based activities are being relocated.
The individual groups are arranging this and will communicate their plans to attendees.
Kidz @ Morison will meet at its usual time at the church and the Wet BBQ Club will meet at Mosspark United Church in February. (Date & Time TBA).
The prayers of Glasgow Area Council churches and Synod are with the church meantime, together with hopes for a speedy resolution.
